He continues, "We're constantly attempting to diversify the skillset of our staff. The more diverse a staff we have, we feel the more we can connect with players of different backgrounds, talents, skillsets and different forms of learning."

The Blue Jays have added Pitching Coach, Phil Cundari, with this goal in mind.
